  I had to put a star on here so that it looked like I hadn't forgotten to put anything. The system that was installed has never worked properly. We can not use it again as is usual. My e mails are ignored, as I have asked now several times for a refund and the system to be uninstalled so I can have it done by someone else. The monitoring centre does not call you if the alarm goes off. I know this because my neighbour called me instead. When we had a problem with the system buzzing in the house at night, I called the 24 hr service and explained no one could sleep. The response was "What do you expect me to do about it". Personally I would steer well away.
